Our Policy

Since we make all of our products as  they are ordered, you can be rest assured that when you receive them they are:

  1. Fresh
  2. Unique

Please give us 2-3 days to process your order and 3-5 days to ship them to you. Unless it's a international order then of course it's going to take longer!

Returns/Refunds

Because of hygienic issues, I'm sorry to say that we CAN NOT accept returns. 

    In those cases we can offer you a in-store credit for other items upon receiving a reasonable explanation of why you are unsatisfied.  In the case of candles, we will accept exchanges as long as the candles are shipped back to us in the condition you received them.

    Shipping Costs

    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless I'm offering free shipping during a promotion. When returning something back to us, again the customer is responsible for shipping the unwanted items back
